1. Is the GEM platform based on a membership system?
   GEM: The GEM platform does not operate like a traditional paid membership system — the platform is for everyone to explore, without login or subscription.
   
   
2. Is there any additional cost to be listed, or is it free?
   GEM: There is a “List your Business for free” tab, fees apply only to selected premium sections.
   
   
3. What is the duration of the listing? Is the cost determined by the length of time, or is it free now but chargeable later?
   GEM: The listing are ongoing and is free. There are no time based charges unless you opt for premium sections.
   
   
4. Could you kindly let us know how long the GEM platform has been in operation, and how many companies are currently listed?
   GEM: GEM officially launched in early 2024, and had listed thousands of companies across 40+ categories and countries.
